Return & Exchange Policy (Last updated 09/10/2025)

At Original Marines MENA, we want your shopping experience to be hassle-free. If you need to return an item, our couriers will collect it directly from your doorstep — no drop-off required.

1. Return Window

- Products may be returned or exchanged within 7 days from the date of delivery.

2. Eligibility

-  Items must be unused, unwashed, in their original condition, and returned with all tags and packaging intact.

3. Non-Returnable Items

- Undergarments, swimwear, socks, and hygiene-related products.
- Products purchased at a 70% discount or more.
- Items not in their original condition.

4. Defective or Incorrect Products

- If you receive a defective or incorrect item, we will arrange free return pickup and
provide a replacement or a full refund.

5. Customer-Initiated Returns (Size Change / Change of Mind)

- Returns requested for reasons such as size change, fit issues, or change of mind will be subject to a flat return fee of SAR 25, deducted from your refund.
- This covers courier collection and handling charges.

6. Refund Method

- Payments made by credit/debit card will be refunded to the original card or bank account
within 5–10 business days (processing times may vary by bank).

7. How to Return

1. Log in to My Account → My Orders.
2. Select the order and tick the items you wish to return (partial returns are allowed).
3. Submit the request — our system will generate a return order and label.
4. Our courier partner will contact you to arrange a pickup at your convenience.
5. Refunds or exchanges will be processed after the items pass quality inspection.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

Original Marines MENA offers Cash on Delivery (“COD”) as a payment option for eligible orders within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Maximum COD Order Value
Cash on Delivery is available for orders up to a maximum value of SAR 1,800 per order. Orders exceeding this amount must be paid using an online payment method (credit or debit card).

Payment at Delivery
Payment must be made in full to the courier at the time of delivery. Customers are responsible for ensuring the correct amount is available. Failure to complete payment may result in order cancellation.

Returns and Refunds for COD Orders
In the event of an approved return, refunds for COD orders will not be issued in cash. Refunds will be processed via one of the following methods:

• To a valid bank card provided by the customer, or
• Via bank transfer to a bank account in the customer’s name.

Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days following successful quality inspection of the returned item(s).

Original Marines MENA reserves the right to refuse COD service to customers with a history of repeated failed deliveries or rejected orders.
