FAQs
1. Choose a category from the top navigation menu or search to explore a specific style or trend.
2. Select your preferred item and size and click “Add to cart”. Once you've added all items, it's time to checkout under ‘View Cart’ then ‘Proceed with Checkout’.
3. Sign in to your account or, if you've not yet created one, proceed with entering your email address or and all required shipping information.
4. Select your payment method and that's it.
5. You will receive an Order Confirmation and your order will be prepared and shipped to you.
6. You will receive an update once the order is shipped along with a tracking number that will update you about every step until it is delivered to your location.
Once your order is confirmed, we will dispatch it within two days. Usually it takes 1-2 days for fast deliveries. Or 3 to 5 days for normal deliveries depending on your Location it might up to 7 working days until you receive your shipment.
Return Window
- Products may be returned or exchanged within 7 days from the date of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, in their original condition, and returned with all tags and packaging intact.
Non-Returnable Items
- Undergarments, swimwear, socks, and hygiene-related products.
- Products purchased at a 70% discount or more.
- Items not in their original condition.
How to Return
- Log in to My Account → My Orders.
- Select the order and tick the items you wish to return (partial returns are allowed).
- Submit the request — our system will generate a return order and label.
- Our courier partner will contact you to arrange a pickup at your convenience.
- Refunds or exchanges will be processed after the items pass quality inspection.
Payments made by credit/debit card will be refunded to the original card or bank account within 5–10 business days (processing times may vary by bank).
