Ordering and payment

Please try again after a little while. If the payment is still not accepted, please verify your account balance. If everything is as it should, but you still can't make the payment, please contact us about the problem.

  • Choose a category from the top navigation menu or search to explore a specific style or trend.
  •  Select your preferred item and size then click “Add to cart”. Once you've added all items, it's time to checkout under ‘View Cart’ then ‘Proceed with Checkout’.
  • Sign in to your account or, if you've not yet created one, proceed with entering your email address or and all required shipping information.
  • Select your payment method and that's it.
  • You will receive an Order Confirmation and your order will be prepared and shipped to you.
  • You will receive an update once the order is shipped along with a tracking number that will update you about every step until it is delivered to your location.

You will receive an email confirmation including your order number shortly after you complete checkout.

Be sure to scan your junk mail folder just in case it didn't make it into your inbox. If you haven't received your order confirmation email after 24 hours, please chat with us and we'll be happy to sort this out.

Unfortunately, once your order is placed we can no longer add items to your order.

But you can place a new order ! There is no limit to the number of order you can submit.

Yes, you might be able to cancel your order before it’s processed. For cancelations please email Contact@originalmarines-mena.com or reach out to our Customer service in the Live Chat.  

However you cannot change an order. You need to cancel it and make a new order or simply make a new order and return the old one.

If we have already processed your order, you need to contact us and return the product. Please visit your account at our page and choose the return section. Initiate a return by selecting the order and items that you want to return. We will contact you regarding the further steps via email.

Payments made by credit/debit card will be refunded to the original card or bank account within 5–10 business days (processing times may vary by bank).

Shipping and costs

No, we don’t offer that option at the moment.

We only ship in Saudi Arabia.

Standard Delivery: Up to 5kg we charge 30 SAR and up to 10kg we charge 60 SAR
Express Delivery: An extra 10SAR is added for express delivery
Free Delivery: Enjoy free standard delivery on orders of SAR 370 or above.

Once your order is confirmed, we will dispatch it within two days. Usually it takes 1-2 days for fast deliveries. Or 3 to 5 days for normal deliveries depending on your Location it might up to 7 working days until you receive your shipment.

Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an email with the tracking Information. You can follow your shipment with the provided tracking Number.

Click & Collect is not available at the moment, but we will inform you as soon as this option is available.

VAT is included in the final purchase price when you place your order and there are no additional costs due upon delivery.

If you see that the package was delivered but you haven't received it, be sure to check around your property or with any other members of your household. The package may have been left in a secure location if you weren't around at the time of delivery. If you still can't locate it, chat with us and we'll gladly get to the bottom of it.

Returns

Return Window

  • Products may be returned or exchanged within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, in their original condition, and returned with all tags and packaging intact.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Undergarments, swimwear, socks, and hygiene-related products.
  • Products purchased at a 70% discount or more.
  • Items not in their original condition.

How to Return

  • Log in to My AccountMy Orders.
  • Select the order and tick the items you wish to return (partial returns are allowed).
  • Submit the request — our system will generate a return order and label.
  • Our courier partner will contact you to arrange a pickup at your convenience.
  • Refunds or exchanges will be processed after the items pass quality inspection.

This option is not available at the moment. We will inform you via email once that option is available. You have to create an account to receive any updates from us.

While we offer free returns for all orders, the delivery cost won’t be included in your refund.

Yes you do. It is always recommended to register for an account so you can start adding items to your Cart and Wishlist.

Creating an Original Marines account is a great way to save your address information and keep tabs on your order history. Simply click My Account at the top of any of our site pages and follow the quick and easy steps.

Please follow the ‘forgot your password?’ link on our ‘Sign In’ page and enter your email address. Instruction on password retrieval will be sent to your email.

You can easily change all your information on your account. Go to edit the details you want to change.
